As pointed out by Osho, Kabir used to laugh at the misery of human being. This laughter was not out of arrogance or something but out of deep love.

He said that if a fish comes to you saying that it was thirsty and had no water to drink, what could you do other than laughing?

Man has God all over him inside out and still he is not able to find Him. Day in and day out God is being showered on him but he still needs Him and not able to find Him!

How could a fish manage to remain thirsty, even I wonder now! Utter foolishness is required for that, isn’t it?
